What types of mushrooms are in the medley?
Each medley basket is unique! Our medley baskets have a variety of mushroom species that will vary based on the seasons’ tune.

What are the best storage methods for fresh fungi?
We recommend storing your fresh mushrooms in a paper bag in the refrigerator. Living fungi must be able to breathe and remain moist. To achieve this balance, we have found paper products to be the best means for short-term storage.
How long will the mushrooms stay fresh?
Depending on storage conditions and species, anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Generally, the sooner you eat the mushrooms the more delicious they will be!
What is the white fuzz / dust on my mushrooms?
If you notice a white fuzz or a dusty looking appearance on your mushrooms, don’t fret! This is most likely due to the living fungus producing hyphae and/or spores in order to continue its lifecycle.
